About Us

Based in Fremantle, Western Australia and servicing metropolitan and regional ports, projects, and Offshore facilities we are a family owned and operated company with 15+ years’ experience in port, shipping and marine logistic support services.

Our Fremantle Marine Facility offers unrivalled exclusive water frontage with berth, cargo load out, safe personnel transfer and warehouse capability.​These services extend from to our regional divisions located in Bunbury, Geraldton and beyond, providing extensive coverage and contingency throughout Australia.

In addition to our strategic Port facilities, HSA provides purpose built vessels which ensures we meet all schedule, time and budget constraints acknowledging the importance of optimising your Ships' time at Port. This support is backed through the importance of ensuring we continue to grow strong local partnerships that allows us to work collaboratively with our clients and supply chains to fully understand their needs and deliver tailored support.

Our commitment to Health, Safety, Environment and Quality is paramount. We continuously strive to reduce and where possible, remove recognised hazards and risks utilising detailed incident prevention systems whilst continually promoting and maintaining the highest standards of health and safety for individuals engaged on all of our marine vessels, sites, and projects.

Our people are our core asset we invest time and resources into ensuring our multi-skilled and qualified workforce continue to deliver a high standard of service with robust operational practices when performing our wide range of service whether that be deck duties, engineering maintenance or vessel handling operations.

The principles of risk management and continuous improvement of Health and Safety Systems are fundamental to the way we conduct our business. Our acknowledgment and genuine concern for the health, safety and well being of all our employees, contractors and passengers acts as a catalyst to ensuring that a high standard of service is delivered to our Clients by mitigating risk to people, equipment and stakeholder facilities.

 

HSA Marine endeavors to cultivate a positive safety culture throughout our robust ISO accredited Integrated Management System (IMS) ensuring that policies are best practice, continuously reviewed and understood by all. We focus on providing a safe and healthy workplace for all personnel.

HSA acknowledge that many of our clients are implementing sustainability strategies across their national and international operations. As a fundamental link in the supply chain of these organisations, at HSA we are committed to a playing our part in the shift towards a sustainable ocean economy.

 

At the start of 2022, we released our inaugural Sustainable Development Goals (SDG’s) Report, becoming the first company within our market segment to do so. HSA are proud to take the lead and be the first small vessel operator to implement strategies and innovations to better the world.

 

Our sustainability focus areas, initiatives and target metrics are aligned to the SDGs designed to achieve a better and more sustainable future for all. Whilst HSA supports and actively contributes with varying levels of influence to all of the SDG’s, we chose to focus our efforts on a those which most relate to our operations, growth plans and the values, interests and concerns of our stakeholders.
